By accessing or using www.MusicMogulAi.com (the “Site”) and any related services, including the Music Mogul AI application (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.

2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract to use the Services.

3. LICENSE AND ACCESS
Subject to these Terms, Music Mogul AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your own internal business or personal purposes.

4. USER ACCOUNTS
To access certain features, you must register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS
Access to premium features may require a paid subscription. Prices, payment terms, and refund policies are outlined at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You authorize us to charge your provided payment method.

6. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
You may cancel your subscription anytime via your account dashboard. Refunds are subject to our policy at the time of cancellation. For our “Triple Ticket Guarantee,” conditions apply and may require proof of platform usage.

7. USER CONTENT
You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display it for operating and promoting the Services. You are solely responsible for your content’s legality.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, features, trademarks, and proprietary technology on the Services are owned by Music Mogul AI or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our Services.

9. USE RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to:

Use the Services for unlawful purposes
Attempt to access accounts or data not intended for you
Upload malicious code or interfere with Service performance
Resell or sublicense the platform without written consent
10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Services may integrate with third-party APIs (e.g., ASCAP, BMI, Calendly, Google). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Results may vary.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Music Mogul AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for claims relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Music Mogul AI from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

14. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Services ends immediately.

15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Nashville, TN.

16. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Changes will be posted on the Site and are effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
